Xhamela Development Services is a 100% black female owned company incorporated in 2009, predominantly to fulfil the gaps in the consulting industry in skills development in South Africa. Our founding Director, Noma-Gcina Mtshontshi, is a practicing admitted Attorney, a Certified Fraud Examiner, a database developer, and a Business Intelligence expert, who is passionate about people development.
